CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AMENDING PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION 4997
REGARDING A PARKING LOT EXPANSION FOR BUILDING "G" OF THE MOUNDS
VIEW BUSINESS PARK; PLANNING CASE NO. 453-96.
WHEREAS, the subject property is located within the Mounds View Business Park
and is legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 2, Mounds View Business Park
Ramsey County, State of Minnesota
WHEREAS, on August 19, 1996, the City Council approved Resolution 4997, a
resolution approving a development review for Everest Development, Ltd. to expand the
parking lot of Building "G" of the Mounds View Business Park located at 5251 Program
Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution 4997 requires that Everest Development, Ltd enter into a
development agreement with the City of Mounds View; and,
WHEREAS, the approved parking lot expansion has not proceeded; and,
WHEREAS, Everest Development, Ltd. is no longer the owner of Building "G" in
the Mounds View Business Park; and,
WHEREAS, Liberty Check Printers has requested to expand the parking of
Building "G" in the Mounds View Business Park as approved by the City Council on
August 19. 1996.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View does hereby approve the amendment to Resolution 4997, to eliminate
the requirement that Everest Development, Ltd. enter into a development agreement
with the City of Mounds View.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that all other requirements,
conditions and stipulations addressed in Resolution 4997 shall remain in force.
Adopted this 23rd day of July, 2001.
