STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE
MILL AND OVERLAY OF MOUNDS VIEW DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View has initiated the process
established by thc CUlTent Street Policy for consideration ofthc mill and ovcrlay of Mounds
View Drive and;
WHEREAS, a feasihility study is necessary and required to continue with this project
and;
WHEREAS, a feasibility study will provide a mcans to obtain a cost estimate,
(555,500.00), which shall set forth the cost ofthc improvemcnt in both unit price, total cost, and
an estimatcd mock assessment roll.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that thc City Council of the City of Mounds
Vicw authorizes the City's consulting enginccrs, SEH to procced with development of a
feasibility study for mill and overlay of Mounds View Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, thc feasibility study will provide a means to
ohtain a cost estimated which shall set forth thc cost of the improvemcnt in both unit price, total
cost, and an estimatcd mock assessment roll.
