RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARlNG FOR
COUNT'{ ROAD H2 RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS. the City of Mounds View is considering to reconstruct
County Road II2 from County Highway 10 to PIcasantview Drive and;
WHEREAS, this road is a Ramsey County Turnback road and;
WHEREAS, this project will include total street reconstrllction in
accordance with Minnesota State Aid Standards which will include, stoml sewer constmction.
sidewalk construction, water main installation and;
WHEREAS, this project is proposed to be assessed in accordance with
Chapter 202 of the Municipal Code and:
WHEREAS. the City Council has ordered a feasibility study to include
cost estimates in unit prices and total project cost and:

WHEREAS, the estimated total cost of the improvement derivcd from the
feasibility study is S L 704.7()0.00 and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City COllncil of the
City of Mounds View sets a public hearing on September 10.2001 at 7:05 pm. to be held at
Mounds Vie\",. City Hall, 2401 H\vy 10. Mounds View MN. 55112, to consider thc reconstruction
of County Road H2 from County Highway 10 to Pleasantvievv' Drive
