RESOLUTION NO. 4077
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE (1) YEAR EXTENSION OF A
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR MULTI-TECH SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, Multi-Tech Systems was granted approval of a
planned unit development amendment on May 29, 1990, by City
Council Resolution No. 3038; and
WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code specifies that
significant construction must begin on any planned unit
development amendment within one (1) year of the approval date;
and
WHEREAS, significant construction did not commence
within the one (1) year time period; and
WHEREAS, Multi-Tech Systems has requested an extension
to the previously approved planned un it development amendment;
and
WHEREAS, Chapter 40.24 of the Mounds View Municipal
Code specifies the procedures for the granting of an extension to
a planned unit development amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the
extension request and found it to be in conformance with Chapter
40.24 of the Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Mounds View approves the requested extension of the
planned unit development amendments for Multi-Tech as previously
approved by City Council Resolution No. 3038.
