RESOLUTION NO. 4044
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION SETTING SEWER RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1991
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is authorized to
establish sewer rates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is
necessary that the City adjust its sewer rates;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Council of the City of
Mounds View, Minnesota as follows:
1. Effective January 1, 1991, the sewer rate will be
$39.75 per quarter per REC (Residential Equivalent
Connection).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a review of the sewer rates
to determine their adequacy will be conducted annually.
Adopted this 14th day of January, 1991.
