CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION REQUESTING 25% ALLOCATION OF
1991 STATE AID ALLOCATION FOR MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Rules for State aid
Operations allow municipalities the opportunity to
request a maintenance allocation greater than the
established minimum for that municipality; and

WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has
determined that it is in the best interest of the City
of Mounds View to request a maintenance allocation
greater than the standard $1,500 per mile; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation
has the authority to grant a request of a local
governing body;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED; the City
Council of the City of Mounds View requests the
Commissioner of Transportation to allocate 25% of the
total annual State Aid allocation for Mounds View as
the maintenance allocation for the City of Mounds View
Adopted this 11th day of March, 1991.
