CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSIONER TO
FILL THE REMAINING TERM OF ONE VACATED POSITION
WHEREAS, Jean Miller resigned as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, Staff advertised for the vacated seat, and received three(3)applications; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 401.02, subd. 1, of the City Code, the City
Council is required to appoint members to the Planning Commission based upon the
recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the applications and were
not able to make a recommendation to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council
choose an applicant from the applications received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council hereby
appoints Julianne Love as Commissioner on the Planning and Zoning Commission with a term
expiration date of December 31, 2014.
Adopted this 13th day of May, 2013.
