Home My WebLink AboutResolution 6476 .~ . -- RESOLUTION NO. 6476 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION FOR THE VELMEIR CVS PLAT, ORGINALL Y APPROVED ON JUNE 28, 2004 WHEREAS, The Velmeir CVS Final Plat was originally approved by the Mounds View City Council on June 28,2004; and WHEREAS, it has become known that a text error exists on the plat relating to the dimension of the southeasterly line of Lot 3, Block 1; and, WHEREAS. it is necessary that the plat be corrected to reflect the actual dimension of the southeasterly line of Lot 3, Block 1; and, WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents regarding this correction: 1. Copy of Plat with Correction Noted 2. Certificate of Correction 3. Staff Report NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby approves the certificate of correction for the Velmeir CVS plat.
