RESOLUTION NO. 6494
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVAL TO PURCHASE A RADAR SPEED DISPLAY TRAILER FROM
DECATUR ELECTRONICS UTILIZING FORFEITURE FUNDS.
WHEREAS, Four bids were received for a replacement radar speed display
trailer to be purchased by the Police Department and;
WHEREAS, the bid received by Decatur Electronics, was for $7450 and;
WHEREAS, the other bids for a similar product were $13.639, $13,135, and
$11,940.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
does hereby authorize the purchase of a radar speed display trailer from Decatur
Electronics in the amount of $7450 utilizing forfeiture funds.
Adopted this 11 th day of April 2005.
