STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING RESIDENT KEITH CRAMBLIT TO FILL A
VACATED POSITION ON THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Holly Smith has resigned as a member of the Planning and Zoning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, drawing from a recent pool of applicants, staff contacted residents who had
previously expressed an interest in serving on the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, one applicant, Mr. Keith Cramblit, remains interested and willing to serve on
the Planning and Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Cramblit has previously served on the Planning and Zoning
Commission and has a strong understanding of the role of the Commission and its function.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council hereby
appoints Mr. Keith Cramblit as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission with a term
commencing August 1, 2013 and expiring December 31, 2014.
Adopted this 22nd day of July, 2013.
