RESOLUTION NO. 6536
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL AUDIT SERVICES FROM MMKR
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statue 471.697 requires all cities with a population
over 2,500 to submit an audited annual financial report to the state auditor office; and
WHEREAS, Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich, & Co., P.A. (MMKR)
has provided the City of Mounds View with financial auditing services beginning with
the year ended December 31,2001; and
WHEREAS, MMKR provided a letter of engagement that outlines the services
which they will perform and provides that additional services will be billed at their
standard hourly rates; and
WHEREAS, additional audit services are needed to complete the 2004 Annual
Financial Report during the vacancy in the position of the Finance Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View does hereby authorize additional services to complete the 2004 annual
financial report to be billed at the rates of $130 per hour for audit manager and $40
per hour for support staff.
