CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE TO RLK-KUUSISTO, LTD. FOR
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AS OUTLINED ON THE REQUEST FOR DESIGN CHANGE NO.3
ASSOCIATED WITH THE BRIDGES GOLF COURSE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has authorized RLK-Kuusisto, L TD to prepare and
process a Comprehensive Land Use Amendment relating to the Bridges Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, due to extensive and unanticipated meetings and additional coordination
related to the Comp Plan Amendment above and beyond the original scope of duties, RLK has
requested an additional $6,000, excluding reimbursables, as outlined in their letter dated June 3,
2005.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Mounds View City Council hereby
authorizes the consulting firm of RLK-Kuusisto, Ltd. to undertake additional activities beyond the
original scope as outlined in DCN 3, dated June 3, 2005, at a cost not to exceed $6,500.
