RESOLUTION NO. 6572
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING APPOINTMENTS TO THE NORTHWEST AREA LIBRARY
ACCESS TASK FORCE
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Library is undertaking a major initiative
to evaluate services in the northwest portion of the County; and
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Library is looking for participation from
area City Officials and residents in order to develop a consensus on providing the
best possible library service for the area; and
WHEREAS, the initiative involves developing a Northwest Area Library
Access Task Force that will examine various aspects of library services and make
a recommendation to the Ramsey County Library Board in one year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. Council Member Sherry Gunn will service as the public official
representative to the Northwest Area Library Task Force.
2. The Mayor will appoint the Mound View citizen's representative to
the Northwest Area Library Access Task Force. The Mayor is
appointing Dori Lidinsky as the Mounds View citizen representing
the Northwest Library Access Task Force.
