RESOLUTION 6584
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION REVISING THE 2005 FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, revisions and updated to the fee schedule are necessary; and
WHEREAS, revisions were made to photocopy costs due to changes in Chapter
13 of the Minnesota Statute in regard to Photocopy charges not to exceed .25 per copy
if under 100 pages; and
WHEREAS, revisions were made to Fireworks Permit costs due to changes in
Minnesota Statute 624.20 regulating legal fireworks charges.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View does hereby approve the revisions of the 2005 Fee Schedule, which is
attached to this resolution.
