RESOLUTION NO. 6586
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE EMERGENCY
VEHICLE PREEMPTION (EVP) INSTALLATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, on April 25, 2005, the City Council approved Resolution No.
6502 accepting the Memorandum Report from BRAA, waiving the public
improvement hearing, ordering the project, authorizing the preparations of plans
and specifications, authorizing the solicitation of quotes, and authorizing the
initiation of discussions with Ramsey County to update agreements for the
Emergency Vehicle Preemption (EVP) Installation Project; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the Emergency Vehicle
Preemption (EVP) installation project have been completed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve the plans and specifications for the Emergency
Vehicle Preemption (EVP) installation project.
Adopted is 25th day of July 2005.
