RESOLUTION 6595 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH THE FESTIVAL IN THE PARK OF MOUNDS VIEW FOR THE 2005 FESTIVAL IN THE PARK EVENT WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View desires to co-sponsor an annual community event entitled "Mounds View Festival in the Park" to be held on August 20, 2005 and August 21,2005; and WHEREAS, the 2005 Festival Agreement, attached as Exhibit A, has been reviewed by the City Council, and has been reviewed and approved for execution by the Festival in the Park of Mounds View, the non-profit organization in charge of the Festival. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does hereby approve the attached Festival Agreement as set forth in Exhibit A and authorizes its execution by the Mayor and City Clerk/Administrator.
