CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING
AN AMENDMENT TO THE SITE PLAN FOR THE CVS PHARMACY DEVELOPMENT,
ORIGINALLY APPROVED ON MAY 24, 2004
WHEREAS. The Velm6lr Companies CVelmel(). on behalf of Rick Perrozi. who is
representing the owners of the 2832 County Road 10_ has requested an amendment to the CVS
Pharm<Jcy development site pian. which was onginally approved by Resolution 6270 on May 24,
2004; and
WHEREAS. the CVS Pharmacy development is located at 2800 County Road 10 and IS
legally described as follows:
Lot 2. Block 1 VolmerT CVS Addition
Ramsey County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, Velmelr has submitted an amended plan showing a change in the perimeter
curbing; and,
WHEREAS. Hle amended site plan satisfies the Zoning Code requirements for setbacks,
and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents
regarding this proposal:
1. Site Plan Approved on May 24, 2004
2 Proposed Amended Site Plan, dale stamped November 17, 2004
3. Stafl Report
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council, finding that
the amended site plan satisfies City Code, approves the site plan, dates November 17, 2004,
subject to the follOWing condition:
1. If, in the opinion of the City_ a problem with traffic circulation between the two parking
lots arises, the owners of 2832 County Road 10 are responsible for submitting and
implementlllg a plan to correct the situation.
