CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVAL OF THE TIMESAVER RECORDING SECRETARY CONTRACT
ADDENDUM FOR 2004
WHEREAS, TimeSaver has been takin9 minutes for City Council. EDA and Planning
Commission meetin9 since 1999; and
WHEREAS, the City Council and staff are pleased with the thoroughness ,1Ild accuracy of
the minutes taken by TimeSaver: and
WHEREAS, the contract proposed for 2005 includes a nominal increase of fees over the
approved 2004 addendum.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council agrees to and
accepts tile terms of TimeSaver 2005 contract (see attachment).
Adopted this 13'" day of December, 2004.
