CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING STEP ADJUSTMENT
FOR ROBIN MARION
WHEREAS, Robin Marion is a regular part-lime employee who is currently
working for the City of Mounds View as a Public Service Officer within the Police
Department; and
WHEREAS, Robin Marion's supervisor reviewed his performance as it relates to
the responsibilities outlined in the job description; and
WHEREAS, tlis supervisor determined that Robin Marion has more than
satisfactorily performed in the capacity of his position as documented in his
performance review on file; and
WHEREAS, a wage adjustment is consistent with the City's personnel policy.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve a wage i1djustment for Robin Marion as indicated in the chart below:
