RESOLUTION NO, 6410
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE COUNTY ROAD H2 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, Palda and Sons, Incorporated has requested the City's
acceptance and final payment for the County Road H2 Street Improvement
Project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the final contract cost is $1.533,803.60 and the final payment
amount is $34,914.99.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1.
The Council accepted the County Road H2 Street Improvement
Project.
2. Authorizes final payment in the amount of 534.914.99 to Palda and
Sons, Incorporated.
Adopted this 13'" day of December, 2004.
