CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A Resolution Approving a Cigarette/Tobacco License
for
CVS Pharmacy #5999
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate
certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses: and
WHEREAS, CVS Pharmacy #5999 has applied for a CigarettelTobacco
License: and
WHEREAS, CVS Pharmacy #5999 has submitted the proper paperwork
and fees, and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved
by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a CigarettefTobacco License for CVS Pharmacy #5999
pending a satisfactory fire inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing
period shall be from January 23, 2005-June 30, 2005,
