CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2005 COMPENSATION SCHEDULE FOR
NON-UNION PERSONNEL
WHEREAS, the Personnel Compensation Schedule must be annually
approved by Council Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has under consideration a Budget for the
year 2005 that reflects those increases;
WHEREAS, the City Council has traditionally awarded the same cost of
living increase and benefits contribution to all employee groups in order to
maintain internal equity; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Mounds
View, that the City Council does hereby approve a 2.5% cost of living adjustment
effective January 1, 2005, plus an additional a 0.5% cost of living adjustment
effective July 1, 2005, as reflected in the attached 2005 Pay Plan, and a monthly
benefits contribution of $682.30 for all non-union employees, effective January 1,
2005.
Adopted this 13111 day of December, 2004.
