RESOLUTION NO. 6415
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR DECISION SERVICES, LTD. TO CONDUCT
A COMMUNITY SURVEY
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the community survey is
needed to address specific community issues; and
WHEREAS, Decision Resources. Ltd., has submitted a proposal to
conduct a survey at a cost of $10,200.00 for a 50 question survey; cmd
WHEREAS, the expenses related to the survey will be budgeted from the
Special Projects Fund; AND
WHEREAS, the contract will not be signed unless the suggested revisions
are made per the City Attorney's advice.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approve
the agreement with Decision Services. Ltd.. to conduct a Community Survey
pending revisions made by the City Attorney.
