RESOLUTION NO. 6429
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving the LELS Police Officer Contract for 2004-2005
WHEREAS, the LELS Police Officer Union, Local #204 and the City have
been working on a 2004-2005 contract since late 2003; and
WHEREAS, numerous Illeeting have been held with the bargaining unit
and the membership has indicated approval of the contract provisions subject to
ratification of final contract language by the Union.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The 2004-2005 Labor Agreement with the LELS Police Officer
Union, Local #204 is hereby approved.
2.
The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute
said Labor Agreement.
