CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ADVERTISE TO FILL THE POSITION
OF PART TIME TEMPORARY BUILDING INSPECTOR WITHIN THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View Community Development Department has an
immediate need to fill a part time, temporary position; cmd,
WHEREAS, the temporary part time position would primarily perform routine inspections
and provide code enforcement an administrative support: and,
WHEREAS, qualified individuals would have experience in municipal inspections and
trained in the technical aspects of building codes; and,
WHEREAS, the position, unless otherwise extended by subsequent Council action.
would last for no more than 26 weeks and would involve no more tllan 20 hours per week or 40
tlours per pay period at an advertised wage range of 512,50 to 515,00 per hour.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that tile City Council of the City of Mounds View
authorizes staff to prepare and post an advertisement for the part-time temporary position of
"BUILDING INSPECTOR" within the Community Development Department
