RESOLUTION NO. 6437
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CVS PHARMACY
DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 2800 COUNTY ROAD 10
WHEREAS, the CVS Pharmacy development is located at 2800 County Road 10
and is legally described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 1 Velmeir CVS Addition
Ramsey County. Minnesota
WHEREAS, Velmeir has completed the majority of the improvements and will
finish the landscaping and curb in the spring; and,
WHEREAS, Section 2.09 of the Development Agreement between the City and
Velmeir states that if the City finds the improvements satisfactory, the City will formally
accept the improvements; and,
WHEREAS, Staff conducted a final site inspection of 2800 County Road 10 and
found that a majority of the improvements have been satisfactorily' completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
hereby approves and accepts the improvements for the CVS Pharmacy development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tile City of Mounds
View, in accordance with the Development Agreement, will release 90% of the financial
guarantee and will hold a maintenance bond of $21 ,500.00 for two years.
