COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION CANVASSING ELECTION RESULTS OF THE
FEBRUARY 1, 2005 SPECIAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, a special election was held February 1, 2005, to fill a vacant
seat on the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the results of this election are as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Barbara Thomas is being
certified as being elected to a term ending December 31, 2006, as City Cou ncil
