RESOLUTION NO. 6451
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE MOUNDS VIEW MANUFACTURED HOME COMMUNITY
SECOND ACCESS PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, Hardrives. Incorporated has requested the City's acceptance
and final payment for the Mounds View Manufactured Home Community Second
Access Project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the original contract amount was 547,075.25, the final
contract cost is $39,856.85 and the final payment is 52,577.10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1.
The Council accepts the Mounds View Manufactured Home
Community Second Access Project.
2. Authorizes final payment in the amount of $2,577.10 to Hardrives,
Incorporated.
3. Authorizes the City Administrator to execute said final payment
request document.
