CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE VERIZON WIRELESS CONTRACT
FOR ANTENNAS ON THE WATER TOWER
WHEREAS, Verizon Wireless currently has antennas mounted on the City
Water Tower; and
WHEREAS, Verizon Wireless has approached the City with a proposal to
alter the antennas 011 the tower; and
WHEREAS, tile proposal would require that the original contract be
amended; and
WHEREAS, the contract amendment has been reviewed, revised, and
approved by the City'S legal counsel; and

WHEREAS, the proposed alterations were reviewed by the City's
engineering firm and a list of comments were ~Jenerated that will be considered
and addressed in a set of revised plans before work on the tower will commence.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County. Minnesota as follows:
1. The City Council approves an amendment to the Verizon Wireless
contract for antennas on the water tower.
2. The City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to
execute said contract amendment.
