CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving a Business License
for
Aspen Waste Systems, Inc.
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to flaul garbage,
rubbish, recyclables or yard waste or any combination thereof from residential areas,
commercial establishments, multiple dwellings and/or mobile home parks must apply to
the City for a license; and
WHEREAS, Aspen Waste Systems. Inc., has applied for a Garbage and
Rubblish Haulor License; and
WHEREAS, Aspen Waste Systems, Inc., has submitted the proper
paperwork and fees: and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved
by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve an Garbage and Rubbish Hailer License for Aspen Waste
Systems, Inc., for Multiple Dwelling and Commercial Establishments; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing
period shall be from February 15, 2005-June 30, 2005.
Adopted this 1410 day of February, 2005.
