RESOLUTION NO. 6467
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE COUNTY ROAD H SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, O'Malley Construction has requested the City's
acceptance and final payment for the County Road H Sidewalk Improvement
Project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed In
accordance with the plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the original contract amount, including the three
change orders, was $358,203,89, the final contract cost is $357,497.83 and the
final payment amount is $17,874.89.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
.
1. Accepts the County Road H Sidewalk Improvement Project
2. Authorizes final payment in the amount of $17,874.89 to O'Malley
Construction.
3. Authorizes the City Administrator to execute said final payment request
document.
