CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE HOUSING ACTION PLAN REQUIRED BY THE
METROPOLITAN COUNCIL FOR THE LIVABLE COMMUNITIES ACT
WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View is a participant in the Livable Communities
Act and submitted a resolution in support to the Metropolitan Council; and,
WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View fulfilled the second step of the Livable
Communities Act by submitting housing goals to the Metropolitan Council; and,
WHEREAS, the next requirement of the Livable Communities Act is to provide
the Metropolitan Council with our Action Plan determining how we will fulfill our housing
goals; and,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View supports the Housing Action Plan that will be submitted to the
Metropolitan Council for the Livable Communities Act.
Adopted this 24th day of June, 1996
WHEREAS, the Housing Action Plan has been completed for the City of Mounds
