COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR
GREGORY RANDOLPH
MOUNDS VIEW POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Officer Gregory Randolph resigned from the Mounds View Police
Department effective November 18, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation is 12.32 hours; and
WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused compensatory time is 13.25 hours;
and
WHEREAS, Officer Gregory Randolph's current rate of pay is $21.32 per hour; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor
Agreement, the maximum potential payout of accrued/unused vacation time will be 12.32
accrued/unused vacation hours x his hourly rate of$21.32 = $262.66; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor
Agreement, the maximum potential payout of unused compensatory time will be 13.25
accrued/unused compensatory hours x his hourly rate of$21.32 = $282.49.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves a one-time payout of vacation time to Gregory Randolph not to exceed $262.66,
in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council approves a one-time payout of compensatory time to Gregory Randolph not to
exceed $282.49, in accordance with 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor Agreement.
