CITY Of MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE or MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4848 APPROVING Tl-IE
RECLASSIfICATION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS LEAD MAN POSITION
WHEREAS. the Public Works Leadman position assumed to responsibilities of
overseeing the operations and supervision of the Public Works Department in 1994; and
WHEREAS. the reclassilieation of Public Work's Lcadman to Public Work's Foreman is
consistent with the management goals of the organization; and
WHEREAS. Tim Pittman commenced his new reclassification January 1. 1996 at Step 2
of the City's Compensation Policy.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. that the City Council and the City of Mounds
View does hereby reclassitY the position of Public Works Lcadman to Public Works Foreman
and adopt the following compcnsation plan; progress to Step 3 alkr 6 months and to Step 4 aftcr
one year (one year after the six month increase) and finally to step 5 after another year.
