CITY Of MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR JE[<[< WEINKE,
P ARKS MAINTENANCE WORKER
WH FREAS, Jeff Weinke began working for the City of Mounds View in January of 1989 as a
Parks Maintenance Worker; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Weinke has met the responsibilities of Parks Maintenance Worker as outlined
in the job description: and
WHEREAS, the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Director has determined Mr. Weinke's
performance to be satisfactory and that he has met the requirements for a step adjustment; and
WHEREAS, a step adjustment that is consistent with the Labor Agreemcnt between the City of
Mounds View and the Parks MaintelUmce Workers and the City's compensation policy is
recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED that the Mounds View City Council hereby approve a
step adjustment for JcffWeinke from Level C, 15.70/hr. to Level D, $16.02/hr.. effective
2120/96.
