WHEREAS, the city of Hounds V~~w\i's authorized to -e~tablish
sewer rates; and

WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it -is
necessary that the City adjust its sewe~ rates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Hounds View, Hinnesbtq/as follows: - " ,
1. Effective Ja~~ary i, 1996, the sewer'i~te- will be $45.50
per quarter p.er REe (Residential Eq"l.J),va;lent Connection).
BE IT 'FURTHER RESOLVED that a review qt the -sewer rates to
