RESOLUTION NO. 4910
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
~~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View
request that the Street herein after described should be revoked as
a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Law
and;
WHEREAS, the designation of this segment of roadway,
MSAS 239 - Jackson Street from County Road H to Woodale Drive (0.28
miles) will not be constructed due to the past business park
additions and;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Mounds View that the road described as follows, to-
wit:
MSAS 239 - Jackson Street from County Road H to Woodale Drive
(0.28 miles)
be, and hereby is revoked, as a Municipal State Aid Street of said
City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation
of the State of Minnesota.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator
lS hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies
of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his
consideration.
