RESOLUTION NO. 4947
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR
PUBLIC WORKS FOREMAN, TIM PITTMAN
WHEREAS, Tim Pittman has been working with the City ofMOlmds View since January of 1983;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Pittman's position was reclassified to leadman in April of 1994 and reclassified
January 1, 1996 to Public Works Foreman; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Pittman's work performance has met the responsibilities of the Public Works
Foreman as outlined in the job description; and
WHEREAS, a wage adjustment to Step 3, which is consistent with the City's compensation policy
of this position is recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby approve
a step adjustment for Tim Pittman Step 2 $3,017.50/month to Step 3, $3,195.00/month effective
611/96.
