CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING WAGE ADJUSTMENT FOR L YNNETTE MORGAN,
ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE
WHEREAS, Lynnette Morgan began working for the City of Mounds View on January 1, 1990 as
the Administrative Clerk; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Morgan's position was reclassified to full-time status, January 1, 1996; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Morgan's work performance has met the responsibilities of Administrative Aide
as outlined in the job description; and
WHEREAS, her work performance has been determined to be satisfactory; and
WHEREAS, a step adjustment that is consistent with the City's compensation policy IS
rccommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby approve
a wage adjustment for Lynnette Morgan from $2,080/mo. to $2,210 effective 6/1/96.
