<br />- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4975 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED <br />GARAGE FOR JEROME ESPESETH, <br />8005 WOODLAWN DRIVE, MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 448-96 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the request of Jerome Espeseth for <br />additional accessory square footage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows by conditional use permit up to 1,264 <br />square feet of accessory building square footage on one lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed total accessory building square footage on the lot is I, 260 square feet, <br />which is below the maximum allowed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable setback requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves of the <br />requested conditional use permit for additional accessory building square footage by Jerome Espeseth, 8005 <br />Woodlawn Drive, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br /> 1. <br />. 2. <br /> 3. <br /> 4. <br /> 5. <br /> <br />The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey County within 60 days of City <br />Council approval and proof of such recording be presented to the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />The building be designed and maintained to provide a uniform appearance with the <br />dwelling unit. <br /> <br />The existing garage and shed be removed from the property prior to construction ofthe <br />garage. <br /> <br />Should the use change for what the permit was granted for, the pemlit shall become null <br />and void. <br /> <br />Whenever, within one year after granting this conditional use permit, the work permitted <br />by this permit shall not have been completed, then such permit shall become null and void <br />unless a petition for extension of time in which to complete the work has been granted by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />6.
