<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4986 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRE OF KEN MANTl-lIS, HEAD PGA <br />PROFESSIONAL/CLUBHOUSE MANAGER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ken Manthis has been with the City since April 1996 classified as <br />temporary/seasonal Clubhouse Manager; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ken's past work experience for the City of Mounds View indicates he has <br />the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the job tasks and duties of the Head PGA <br />Professional/Club I-louse Manager position; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, reclassification of this position is consistent with the management goals of <br />the organization; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that it is proposed that the City Council in <br />and for the City of Mounds View does hereby hire Ken Manthis as Head PGA <br />Professional/Clubhouse Manager effective August 1, 1996 with the following 5 step <br />compensation plan plus and additional $20.00 per lesson: <br /> <br />Step 1 <br />16,000 <br /> <br />Step 2 <br />17,000 <br /> <br />Step 4 <br />19,000 <br /> <br />Step 5 <br />20,000 <br /> <br />Step 3 <br />18,000 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Ken Manthis will commence the position of Head <br />PGA Professional/Clubhouse Manager at Step 3, effective 8/1196 as a salaried employee and <br />advance through the Step Plan according to City Policy. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of August, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />p~~ <br />Mayor Linke <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />J[)2r U);" " <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator ~Ck Whiting <br />
