<br />. <br /> <br />" ... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4990 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION TO ROGER KOOPMEINERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roger Koopmeiniers began his employment with the City of Mounds View <br />Police Department January 13, 1972 through July 31, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, his dedication and committment to the Police Department has benefited the <br />residents, community and organization; and <br /> <br />, <br />WHEREAS, Roger represented Police personnel as steward representative for Mounds <br />View's Police Union; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roger's experience and knowledge has proven to be an asset to the City in <br />several areas; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roger's character and personality will be missed by staff and community <br />members. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED that the City Council on behalf of the residents <br />and staff of the City of Mounds View does hereby recognize and appreciate Roger Koopmeiners <br />service and dedication to the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />Adopted this twelfth day of August, 1996. <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />Mayor Linke <br /> <br />Council Member Hankner <br /> <br />Council Member Blanchard <br /> <br />Council Member Quick <br /> <br />Council Member Trude <br />
