WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Code requires approval of a conditional use permit
for the development of a church in the R-l single family residential district; and,

WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has made findings that the application from
the New Apostolic Church does not meet the required criteria for issuance of a conditional use
permit for a church on this property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby deny the development review for development of a church facility at 3025 County Road
H as presented by the New Apostolic Church in its plans dated September 26 and 30, 1996 and
October 7, 1996.
