COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESCHA
RESOLUTION CANVASSING THE ELECTION RESULTS OF THE NOVEMBER 5, 1996 GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, a general election was held on November 5, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the results of this election area as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Duane McCarty is certified as being
elected Mayor of the City of Mounds View and Gary Quick, Roger Stigney and have been
elected Council members of the City of Mounds View; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Roger Koopmeiners is
certified as being elected Council member to fill the unexpired term per City Charter with the
term expiring 1998.
