<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5044 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />A resolution modifying the 1996 budget to transfer up to $21,000 from Office of the City <br />Administrator - Other Professional Services to Central Services Capital Outlays for <br />upgrades the City's telephone service. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, $25,000 was budgeted for an organizational study of the City in 1996 and due to <br />personnel changes and restructuring, such a study is not deemed to be in the best interest of the <br />City at this time; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the present telephone configuration resulting in the inefficient use of staff time. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Minnesota that the City Clerk-Administrator is hereby authorized to upgrade the City's telephone <br />service at a cost of approximately $21.000 and the Finance Director is hereby instructed to <br />modifying the 1996 budget by transferring up to $21,000 from Office of the City Administrator - <br />Other Professional Services to Central Services Capital Outlays to pay for such upgrade. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of November, 1996. <br /> <br />~~ <br />Jero Lmke, Mayor <br />./ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />-Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
