CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
A resolution modifying the 1996 budget to transfer up to $21,000 from Office of the City
Administrator - Other Professional Services to Central Services Capital Outlays for
upgrades the City's telephone service.
WHEREAS, $25,000 was budgeted for an organizational study of the City in 1996 and due to
personnel changes and restructuring, such a study is not deemed to be in the best interest of the
City at this time; and
WHEREAS, the present telephone configuration resulting in the inefficient use of staff time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Mounds View,
Minnesota that the City Clerk-Administrator is hereby authorized to upgrade the City's telephone
service at a cost of approximately $21.000 and the Finance Director is hereby instructed to
modifying the 1996 budget by transferring up to $21,000 from Office of the City Administrator -
Other Professional Services to Central Services Capital Outlays to pay for such upgrade.
Adopted this 12th day of November, 1996.
