<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5049 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR <br />LARRY BEACH, REPRESENTING PROPERTY OWNERS OF <br />7532 AND 7540 SILVER LAKE ROAD, <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE 466-96 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr, Larry Beach, as owner of7532 Silver Lake Road (Lot Y) and representing <br />William and Joanne Culbert, owners of7540 Silver Lake Road (Lot X), has requested approval of <br />a minor subdivision that will remove the north 12.5 feet from Lot Yand combine this 12.5 feet <br />with Lot X; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of7532 Silver Lake Road is currently (prior to the <br />proposed subdivision) as follows: <br /> <br />THE NORTH 75 FEET OF LOTS 10 AND 11, SPRING LAKE PARK KNOLLS, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. SUBJECT TO DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS OVER THE NORTH 5 FEET, EAST 10 FEET, AND WEST 38 FEET <br />THEREOF. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of7540 Silver Lake Road is currently (prior to the <br />proposed subdivision) as follows: <br /> <br />ALL THAT PART OF LOT 3, BLOCK 1, DAILY KNOLLS, RAMSEY <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA, LYING SOUTH OF THE NORTH 50 FEET THEREOF. <br />SUBJECT TO DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS OVER THE WEST 30 FEET <br />AND THE SOUTH 5 FEET THEREOF. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a notarized letter of agreement have been received from William and Joanne <br />Culbert indicating consent to this minor subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the applicant's request for a minor subdivision and <br />determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1201, 1202, 1104 and 1204 of the municipal <br />Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a sketch plan showing the minor subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided the City with revised utility and drainage easement <br />documents for 7532 and 7540 Silver Lake Road. <br />
