RESOLUTION NO. 5059
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR TRACY JUELL,
DEPARTMENT SECRETARY
WHEREAS, Tracy Juell is a regular full-time employee who began working for the City of Mounds
View on February 25, 1991; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Juell's work performance has met the responsibilities of Public Works Department
Secretary as outlined in the job description; and
WHEREAS, her work performance has bcen satisfactorily reflected in her performance review; and
WHEREAS, a step adjustment that is consistent with thc City's compensation policy is
recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby approve
a wage adjustment for Tracy Juell from $2,411.82/mo to $2,545.8l/mo. effective January 1, 1997
