RESOLUTION NO. 4266
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPOINTING A SECOND OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER
WHEREAS, on January 13, 1992, the City Council
appointed the New Briqhton Bulletin as the City's legal
newspaper; and
WHEREAS, there are frequent times during the year which
require more timely publication of public notices than is
possible with the Bulletin's weekly publication schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Mounds View hereby appoints the st. Paul pioneer
Press as its second legal newspaper.
Adopted this 27 day of July, 1992.
