CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING A GARBAGE/RUBBISH HAULER LICENSE
FOR
CURBSIDE WASTE, INC.
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate
certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and
WHEREAS, Curbside Waste, Inc., has applied for a Garbage/Rubbish
Hauler License; and
WHEREAS, Curbside Waste, Inc., has submitted the proper paperwork
and fees; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved
by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a Garbage/Rubbish Hauler Business License for Curbside
Waste, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing
period shall be from April 29, 2014 to June 30, 2014.
